How to win the 2016 election: Why Bernie Sanders is the only real threat
Posted April 08, 2020 07:19:20Bernie Sanders has made history.
The senator from Vermont has made the final push in the Democratic primary, and he’s already got more delegates than the winner of the Democratic National Convention, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Sanders has won all four primaries and caucuses in the United States.
And he’s done it while winning fewer states than Clinton, who won the nomination on Tuesday night.
Sanders has also managed to win more delegates and state contests than Clinton.
In fact, the Vermont senator has won nearly one million more delegates to date than the former secretary of state.
But that’s not enough to stop the former first lady, who is still on the road to the nomination, from taking her shot at defeating Sanders at the Democratic convention in Philadelphia.
In an interview with ABC News’ Diane Sawyer, Sanders said he’s prepared to take a “bold” strategy to defeat Clinton.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Sanders also announced that he would be launching a new super PAC called Our Revolution.
The group will be focused on defeating Clinton and other Democrats, and will target specific issues that have emerged as the Democratic party’s future in the wake of the 2016 presidential election.
The Sanders campaign has focused on three issues that are expected to play a significant role in the 2018 midterm elections.
One is a tax reform bill that has been a central part of Sanders’ political agenda since 2016.
Another is an immigration reform bill, which he has called “the most progressive legislation we have ever seen in the history of our country.”
And the third is the issue of gun control, Sanders’ top priority during his campaign.
The super PAC will be able to spend up to $1 million on advertising.
Sanders told Sawyer that the super PAC is going to be an “independent super PAC,” which is essentially the same as an independent campaign, but it will be funded by outside money.
Sanders’ new superPAC, Our Revolution, is expected to have as many as 1,000 staff members in the coming months, according to a senior campaign official.
The official did not disclose the number of staffers.
In the interview with Sawyer, Sawyer also asked Sanders about the DNC’s recent decision to postpone the Democratic Convention, which was originally scheduled for June 3-5.
Sanders said the DNC decided to postpone because of the Trump administration.
“That is not good politics,” Sanders said.
“We are going to make sure that the Democratic Party is on the same page, and we are going not to let the Trump agenda come to the convention.”
The Democratic Party convention will now be held in Philadelphia on July 25-26, 2018.
Sanders and his allies are still confident that the convention will take place in the middle of the summer, and that they will secure the nomination.
The convention will be held at the Philadelphia Convention Center, a large building with more than 2 million square feet of space.
